National Development Themes
This set of National Development Themes underpins coaching at JDC, JAC and JRPC -
they are the key focus areas, with specific sessions, practices and games built around these themes. The themes do not need to be explicit in feedback, briefings or de-briefs but should provide a constant reference for the coach when thinking about, designing and delivering training sessions.
Hampshire's aim in delivering the JDC and JAC is to equip young talent with the core skills that are required.
