DC Syllabus

As is stands Hampshire provides the only provision for out of club development for junior players aged 12-15 within our region, which in our opinion is the most important age group in a player's development. 

This means what we do within our DC/AC and HPC cycles is even more important than ever before.

To this end, our performance director, Dave Miles, has developed our Development Centre Syllabus which we share here for players, parents, and club/school coaches to peruse and review.

The syllabus goes into some detail on overall structure and desired outcome of the DC sessions, while still requiring each DC lead coach to write their own session plans, and adjust and adapt to the players in front of them.
